Games pretty good

 

I Beat mad max and life is strange

oh and destiny if we count that as a story

3 games this year is pretty good for me tbh

 

So far this year I’ve beaten Nier Automata, BOTW, P5, and FFIX (lol), all of which I feel like were GOTY material haha. I wanna finish FFXV before the end of the year as well

Outside of the BR mode, what is Fortnite? Is it like a TF2/Overwatch cousin?

 

Horizon and Persona 5 are def my faves. They are the only two I can really remember loving. I guess FFXII if you want to count that too.

 

I liked Mass Effect Andromeda a lot, I had fun with NBA Playgrounds though I don't think it's very good, I loved Zelda and Splatoon, and Mario x Rabbids is fun too. Yakuza 0 is fun at times but the flow of the game is so bad that it actively turns me off the game sometimes. Pyre has similar problems in my opinion, but I enjoy it regardless. I don't think a played a lot more big current games. I played some small games on the Switch, which were all good for what they were as far as I can remember.

 

It sort of looks like a game where you build bases and try to survive waves after waves of enemies.

 

It's pretty fun.

 

I wouldn't recommend Fortnite to anyone that plans on playing alone though. Definitely a game you wanna play with friends. It gets boring quickly alone.

Man, I loved the DOOM remake. Once you have all your weapons unlocked and you're in the last 2 levels it's beyond intense. Thought the graphics were amazing for a doom game, then you start finding the hidden levers that open walls to 2D DOOM levels from the actual original game. Really might be my favorite remake of any game.

 

I still need to play this. I've only ever played multiplayer and I hated it. I heard the campaign was amazing though

 

I really can't contain my Mario Odyssey hype at this point

 

I just remembered oxenfree is a gwg so I’ll probably play that also during my week off.

 

Project cars 2 is fucking awesome. Can’t wait for Forza 7 this Thursday

For those of you who listen to Giantbomb, I feel like this years’ GOTY deliberations are gonna be nuts

 

reminder that Nier is the best game this year and everyone should play it

 

It's certainly right up there with Zelda for me
