I thought the Hitler one was funny, and would have been funnier in the context of The Tournament. I didn't get the first one at all, but it got a good laugh at how flat it fell on me.

Yes, the first one I made was horrible. I cannot and will not deny that. I was trying to make the clips tell a cryptic story or something. But, it was just bad. I did laugh at how badly it was received and when he said he didn't like it.

$22 for a sandwich! What kind of Hollywood elite bullshit has this show turned into?

 

Honestly, the food at this restaurant is probably good, but it sounds like a country club without the membership fees, pool, and golf course. A restaurant of such wholesale proficiency, and the subsequent blandness that usually follows such a quality, doesn't make for an interesting discussion. It's like a story without conflict or character development. This place is like Tom Hanks' movie "Larry Crowne". Sure, it's stars Hanks and Julia Roberts, but they don't do or say anything you wouldn't expect. I'd prefer watching homeless guys in an alley way. At least I couldn't predict what was going to happen.

 

I liked the drops, especially the use of emotional Fresh Prince. That scene always gets me.

 

Yeah, now I feel bad about my hyperbole. I just didn't recognize most of them.

With my favorite Simpsons podcasts hosts I'm hoping, Doughboys were mentioned as friends of the everything's coming up podcast in their last episode. Would be a great crossover.
