Technically, she had a hit in 00's but she did pretty much rule over country in the 90's. Think of the 90's whenever I hear something off Come On Over.

 

I never think of Vince Gill as 90's despite all his hits then. He just owns life.

Speaking of old country (though not really 90s), I loved "God Bless the USA" at one point as a kid. And by kid I mean early middle school? I'm sure it was around the time of 9/11. I just really liked the chorus.
