I'm so sick of people acting as though if you mistakenly call someone by the wrong pronoun they're going to come after you, when I'm pretty sure that most people would just politely correct the person and ask them to use the correct one going forward. You know, kind of like if you pronounce someone's name wrong. But I suppose these kinds of people don't think they should have to learn names that are more complicated than John, Bob, or uh.. Matt.
