I think it is mostly the genre and the people who attend their shows (at least in Jersey) that push me away. It's always the same five bands on rotation.

Yeah, the fans mostly suck but it's also probably way better here in CA where beach/reggae/whatever is way more common, so the fans are of all walks of life, if that makes sense. Jack Johnson is solid, G Love has a few good records, hate 311, Stoopid are way too stoner-y for me, and I dig the Peppzz
