Yeah I guess it's real. Someone said their friend was like, under the same management of Blink, and there Tom gave some time stipulation of how long they could use the name Blink-182, assuming they wouldn't release an album, and that he can contractually come back at some point? Fuck if I know

 

That'd be nice for the casual listener. As a long time Alkaline Trio fan, I can hear Matt clear as day (he pronounces words differently), but it'd be a nice way to introduce him to the fans who aren't familiar with him.

Didn't they say Tom would have to join next year though? I think their post isn't true in that case cause on KROQ they said their tour is going to have dates in other countries next year.

 

I am pretty sure DED didn't have a letter because it is a EP. Also Mark said in the FB collectors page they "hid the K in blink"
