i was able to find the names of the three people running for alderman of my ward, but nothing more about them than that. apparently my mayor is running unopposed, so will get elected for a fifth term. it's virtually impossible to find what the politics of any of these people are though.

The purpose of this healthcare bill is essentially to force Democrats to take a position on it right? Because it obviously has no real chance of passing unless Trump has an epiphany

 

Question: In France, is supplemental insurance require for citizens? Or just for employers to provide?

Having a discussion with someone and they're saying everyone is required to have it, but a short Google is showing, since 2016, employer are now required to provide it. I don't see anything on citizens requiring to purchase it themselves.
