I know they released a remix of ABC from the Jackson 5 and maybe another remix of a song but nothing original as far as I can remember.

Can they work with Mike Sapone?

I think Jerry Finn was more important to their sound than Tom Delonge tbh.

I don't know, Tom had some pretty good/memorable guitar riffs before Enema. The real question is would the band been as popular without Jerry's help.

  4. Probably not. Imagine if Jerry never produced Enema and if Travis hadn't joined the band. In fact, just imagine Enema with Scott on drums!

  6. Yep, I love that version. Sounds like it came off of Dude Ranch. :)

I get that and you're probably right.

But at this point, I'd rather have Finn back than Delonge.

Oh absolutely. Tom peaked as a song writer in 2005 and it's been downhill since then, it's clear music just isn't his passion anymore, which is fine. Having Jerry in the studio with Mark, Travis and Matt would have been amazing.

If Jerry never produced Enema and Scott sticking around, I could imagine blink would probably be a rich man's version of NFG. They would be pretty popular among the pop punk scene and have a handful of radio hits here and there but nowhere near mainstream as they were.

I think people tend to forget from about 2000 to 2004 they would one of the most popular bands around.

I hope Tom is the one who proves aliens actually exist. Now that would be funny as hell.

I was listening the Cure today and just wish they got back that ,,loud heavy" sound from Untitled plus used this ,,Cure effect" on guitars....I'd be all happy...I know they were sugar pop punk for most of the time but Untitled is ,,real" Blink to me which is total opposite of what Feldy see ha...man is wrong haha

  13. oh good god. I wrote basically that same song back in high school in 2000/2001. Wow, they released that? Oof...

  14. Also @Audrey Horne you were criminally underused this season on TP. My condolences. Still an awesome season.

Fun fact, lead singer of the band decided to argue with me and others on twitter that he doesn't "hate women" and people need to "think objectively for once" after hundreds of tweets in response to the AP tweet that the song is garbage.
