Not only will their merch site not load now, but the "Visit Store" button at the bottom of their webpage links to the old blink182merch.com and not the KingsRoad store. Bet that's going to confuse a ton of people today. They just can't get their act together on this today.

 

One's 16 seconds, the other is 30, just delete them

 

Only two I'm pretty sure, and they're so short that it's nothing to get disappointed about. They're all in good fun and there's still gonna be 14 other full songs to enjoy.

 

Really glad I made my pre-order purchase right away.

It's just disappointing that they've decided to regress to making joke songs again. Not the direction I want them to go in.

I'm honestly shocked at how many people are bothered by a couple of fun joke songs. Their humor was a big part of their charm back in the day and after everything that's happened since the reunion, it's nice to have a little bit of that humor back in blink.

 

I would rather not do the joke songs. Imagine if "Golden Showers in the Golden State " WASN'T a joke song. That would be a nice fit on this record, sonically.

 

Yea but if the other 14 aren't like that, that is fine. I think they are trying to appeal to their punk rock demographic that used to love them in the 90s

 

I roll my eyes at every joke made at their shows. I don't need immature jokes and songs anymore and if people still find them funny, grow up.

 

getting mad at people not liking Built A Pool is unnecessary

 

I don't think that a couple of joke songs clocking in at less than 30 seconds each can really be counted as a "direction". They were just put there for fun. Like I said, there's still gonna be 14 full, real songs.

 

I guess this is growing up...

Anybody else do the bundle and get your presale code yet? I bundled but have not received that email yet....so tired of hitting refresh lol

 

Honestly, the preorder thing is totally expected. They are one of the biggest bands in the world. Still bummed though - I want that vinyl!

Also, Zack Zarrillo made an interesting point on Twitter - someone screwed up with the album art. There are two variations going around currently (one with the blink logo on the woman's arm, one without). WHICH IS REAL??

 

God bless blink-182 and their affordable vinyl. I was worried they were going to charge an unreasonable amount but I can do $20. Who are we kidding though I'm going to end up getting a bundle.

 

For those who pre-ordered on Blink's site already, what were the shipping costs like? And do you get an instant download of Bored to Death?

Still can't decide if I want that purple vinyl or if I should just get the cd!

 

Imagine how dreadful jokes would have been during neighborhoods. Let's be glad they are in a mental state where they can joke and have fun. It says a lot about well they actually get along.

Shipping is $11! Hoping the presale code for the shows isn't unique -- would much rather wait to buy the vinyl from my local indie and save on shipping...

 

On first listen, I really like the new track. Nothing amazing, but better than anything released post-reunion. The guys sound awesome and I can definitely see a +44 vibe.

Only things I'm not crazy about are the lyrics and the chorus just sounds a little too similar to the masses of newer pop punk bands out there today, but only a little.

 

To Boston, the cheapest shipping was like, 11$
