What if I just say everything from OK Computer except "Karma Police" and "Fitter Happier", which are quite good and just fine, respectively, but my least favorite tracks on the record.

Fitter Happier, though ostensibly a filler track, is one that I find myself often coming back to. It's the perfect amount of depressing to enjoy on a late night bike ride.

Have you guys ever listened to either of the Christopher O'Riley Radiohead piano covers albums? I saw him live like 10 or 12 years ago and it was fantastic. His rendition of "Paranoid Android" was something else at that show.

It's perfect where it is in the album (and perfectly fine on its own) but not something I would ever really listen to apart from the record.

I have not, but I will check that out. Robert Glasper does a piano/jazz trio rendition of Reckoner on his Covered album that I like a lot.

I get not having Karma Police the highest but the end section is a top 5 moment in their whole discog.

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

Radiohead never comes here. I missed them when they finally did on the KOL tour. Before that, they didn't play Michigan for 15 years.

This describes me pretty good as well. Except I probably swear a little more than is normal for those that follow the same faith I do.

What are people's thoughts and ideas on why "Water" is a re-occurring motif/theme throughout the album?

  22. Kingjohn_654

    Longtime Sunshine Prestigious

I think it's one of the most commonly used themes in creative writing in general.

I think it inspires a lot of different feelings/ideas. It can represent life, feelings of hope, rebirth, and vitality, as well as being lost or overwhelmed among other things.

lol yeah I mean the idea of the metaphorical usage of water in music/art/literature isn't necessarily novel
