    my ceo signed also.

the only reason they are speaking out is due to capitalistic nature of it, they (corporations) don't actually care about the DACA recipients.

IDK, apple and Microsoft have been pretty vocal and have backed that up with the number of employees it would harm.

exactly: the number of employees it would harm. not the number of people it would harm. they care about the financial more than the humanitarian benefit of giving these people protection.

  16. This is even funnier if you add "Long Time Clinton Adviser" before every instance of his name

I have no idea who that is, I've seen zero signs about her, and most of her voters commute from South Carolina.

Is this you saying she's a klansman, subtly?

  22. I'm not so sure that's true. It's a cynical reading, sure, but a lot of them have been very specific about the humanitarian benefit of not only giving protection to their employees and many even extending that outward to all.

I don't think someone with empathy would lose it just because they are now a CEO, and I don't think only people without empathy want to become a CEO.

I guess I just need to see what they do now. I just have learned to be cynical when it comes to companies/executives speaking.

Representatives of Facebook told congressional investigators Wednesday that it has discovered it sold ads during the U.S. presidential election to a shadowy Russian company seeking to target voters, according to several people familiar with the company’s findings.

Facebook officials reported that they traced the ad sales, totaling $100,000, to a Russian “troll farm” with a history of pushing pro-Kremlin propaganda, these people said.

A small portion of the ads, which began in the summer of 2015, directly named Republican nominee Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton, the people said. Most of the ads focused on pumping politically divisive issues such as gun rights and immigration fears, as well as gay rights and racial discrimination.
