I've eaten Taco Bell a sickening amount of times over the past weekend

Me too! Their breakfast especially recently

 

My best friend got married Sunday so yesterday I got to finally cheat on a keto diet I've been on since May.

I had:
15 dollars worth of taco bell
half of a large pizza
10 boneless wings
3 mozz sticks

it was a good day

 

I am full just reading this

 

That new egg taco is so good

 

Yeah, I've tried it Naked and Dressed and enjoyed both of them a lot! I wish Taco Bell had all day breakfast

 

What do you generally eat on a keto diet? I eat all of the above within a week for sure

 

Lots of bacon! Keto diet is actually pretty great.

 

I mean, I know what you can eat, what I'm wondering is what people on the keto diet do eat

 

BACON

 

Much as I love the bacon life, my dad had a heart attack at 39 so I can't just down a full pack every morning

 

That's sad :(

 

I usually don't eat until 1pm

bullet proof coffee (coffee with heavy whipping cream and unsalted butter) keeps me full until then

what I usually eat for lunch at work:
lettuce wrapped/bunless versions of fast food burgers
shredded grilled chicken with plenty of mayo and hot sauce
there's a great mediterranean place close to my office so I often get chicken shawarma minus the bread

dinner:
taco salad
pork chops
lots of eggs and bacon
more burgers

oh yeah.. and tons of pork rinds/beef jerky

the fasting helps.. and after doing keto for so long you feel hungry alot less

 

Damn what a salty life

I should give it a try sometime though
