Name a more iconic rock album than Nevermind from the past 30 years

You named one in your head and you're wrong

In all honestly, you're probably not too far off as far is it being the most iconic. With that said, I do not enjoy their music.

I love Nirvana. Have all their albums and some merchandise and a DVD of the making of Nevermind, I just enjoy Foo Fighters more and think Dave is a better vocalist than a drummer and a better vocalist than Kurt.

Also probably helps that Foo Fighters have a lot more material out there.

You never answered my question the other day. Have you ever really even listened to Radiohead? Hate is a pretty strong word. Nearly all of their albums have a different sound so it's interesting so say such a blanket statement

Yes, I really have listened to Radiohead. I dislike Tom Yorke's voice. If I don't like the voice of a singer, it's hard for me to get into a band.

Also since we are on the topic of Nirvana,

I have a friend in real life who basically only listens to rap but he idolizes Nirvana and Paramore.

It's strange that those are the two bands he's huge into haha

  19. I'm not the biggest fan of Nirvana, but Scentless Apprentice is a brilliant song and I do love their MTV Unplugged session

Back when I only knew the "famous" songs by Nirvana I thought the Foo was better. But they really aren't and when I dived into the meat of Nirvana I discovered that for my self

Speaking of Nirvana, my church's youth band for their kids camp played this one really kind of lame song called Pharaoh Pharaoh, but they decided to literally just play the main Teen Spirit chord progression as that songs intro and such, then it just went to the lame part of the song. I played in that band for a couple years and it was so fun to just play that intro.
