but legit if you told me in january that manchester and brand new would release possibly the top 2 records of the year i would laugh straight in your face.

This is far and away my favorite album of the year and the only one that has a shot at topping it comes out next Friday.

I still plan on re-visiting this in fall/winter and hope it clicks with me then. As it stands, though, I haven't had the desire to come back to this in nearly a month.

Jesus same here. Honestly I'm somehow more surprised that I love a new Manchester Orchestra album this much than I am that Brand New finally released a new one.

Samesies. Though I can’t lie and say I haven’t been listening to SF more since it dropped, but I listened to this when it first released more often than I’m listening to SF.

  9. ABMTTS is much more a "full album experience" imo and because of that I think song for song I've probably listened to SF more, while actually preferring the former

Came down with an awful sinus infection Sunday, doing whatever I can to make the show Tuesday. Anyone have an adrenaline shot, Pulp Fiction style?

  11. awakeohsleeper

    I do not exist.

My wife has an awful sinus infection that came on yesterday too... luckily we're not seeing Manchester Orchestra until October. Hope you make it and fell better soon.

    Someday I’ll find me Prestigious

I'll be waking up at 3:00 AM to make the drive down from NC (headed home from a "vacation") and won't be sleeping until after the show.

Wife and kids will be passed out at an All-Star Resort while I'm at the show. A little jealous of their sleeping.

Maybe I'll be driving right back into a massive hurricane, but as someone who remembers Charley vividly, I'm not super stressed about it just yet.

My wife is native to North Carolina though, she's a bit less collected about it.

Family and I will probably be hanging around Disney Springs by around 3:00 PM. I'll be hitching a ride on the Disney bus back to the hotel after the show.

What time do doors open again? My family probably won't head back to the hotel until about 15-20 minutes before I have to be at the door for VIP entrance.

The only hurricane I was in happened in North Carolina, it was terrifying.

MO hasn't headlined Cleveland since May of 2011 and that's troubling. They're coming to Columbus on a Tuesday night, but I can't swing it due to work and other stuff going on.

My buddy e-mailed them more than a month ago about something else and at the end mentioned something like 'Cleveland misses you' and Tim responded saying "I'm sorry about Cleveland. We should be coming through that area soon!"...
