Baylor losing to Liberty doesn't feel all that great when Baylor's former AD, who covered all of it up, is now at Liberty.

 

I can't imagine that it's close to a record. If it's about points allowed being >20, I'm sure there's tons of bad teams who went years winning 1 or 2 games gave up more than 20 in a bunch straight.
