Yeah loose tea was everyone's favorite shit in the world up here two winters ago... for like a week. One of my good friends tried to make bank off of it and it fizzled out realll quick.

 

I kinda got the same fatigue when I was in a theater full of bros in Deadpool apparel. I actually thought Deadpool was gonna suck going in because everything about it looked like the kind of movie that would appeal to 4chan/reddit/gamergate shitbags.

Never had loose leaf tea but it's exactly the kind of pretension I cherish

 

my main problem with Deadpool is that it was presented as reinventing the comic book movie when it was a standard story just with more f bombs and wink wink nudge nudge, it was enjoyable though

 

That all said, I'm looking forward to Deadpool 2, especially if David Leitch is involved

I will say, the lack of world ending stakes was a sigh of relief. I can appreciate a simple story like that.

 

That and they weren't trying to build things up for future sequels

It was not what it was advertised to be at allllll. I didn't hate it. But yeah. That longshot was absurd and amazing.

 

Yep, one of the best action sequences of recent memory, up there w/ Kingsman's church scene and John Wick's club scene

 

I don't know what Atomic Blonde is besides something with Charlize Theron

Dude, you gotta see John Wick. You may just love it more than Kingsman. I think I already do. Also, I think JW2 would be my action movie of the year until I saw Atomic Blonde (and, I guess, Baby Driver)
