I swear to god tonight I dreamed that I was with Mark in his home studio (I don't even know if he has one) helping him write new blink songs. We had pizza with Skye and Jack also. I woke up thinking "maybe I listened to Bored To Death more times than I should have before going to bed".

I feel like I'm the only one that was able to tell between Mark and Matt on first listen.

 

I couldn't

 

It was pretty easy for me too, but I could see how it could be difficult for some people

 

No doubt, I think for me it was I got so a custom to listening to Trio so much over the years that I knew it was Matt.

 

the apple music version was a lot more clear. youtube fucked me up for sure though

 

Is this the highest resolution? Or do we have somewhere the higher one?

 

i can kind of see your point. but at the same time, maybe its just a different contrast than what we're used to. granted, mark and tom had a much bigger one.

 

This is just the Chorus Emoji that @JasonTate was using yesterday.
They just removed the arrows from around the smiley so the old logo is still applicable.

 

I've been listening to the Kroq station on the radio app. Haven't heard anything and it's almost 8AM here. Am I in the wrong place @Jason Tate ?

I could tell straight away that it was Matt in the first chorus, but I am surprised by how altered his voice is compared to what I'm used to with Trio where I don't think there's much work done to his vocals at all on stuff like Good Mourning and Infirmary.

I couldn't tell the difference at first but I also don't really listen to Alkaline Trio

 

HAve they always used that as their songwriting shit or is it new? Hope its new just for nostalgia sake.

 

I don't either which I'm sure doesn't help. Of course Tom's voice was so unique it's never going to be quite like that again...
