my nine rides shotgun is a garbage song and it might be the only song in their discog that not only does nothing for me but that i actively hate

this album just made me remember i want a live album so i can get a new version of soco. i like how he does it live, there's a wistful sadness that's compounded by being so far removed from it. and i actually like the crowd as backing vocals for this particular song

 

A live album a la Anthology by Thrice for Brand New's final tour would be sick.

 

Man. That was a rough round already and I don't even listen to this record anymore. I don't even wanna think about the last tree albums.

Jude Law was the very first Brand New song I'd ever heard. I had it on a mix cd with a bunch of other stuff and played the shit out of that song until I could actually get money to buy Your Favorite Weapon.

 

i would be very okay with a live album from them, but i'd want it to be fairly extensive i think. im okay with zero yfw cuts but i'd still want something like 30 songs

I realized with YFW, I had to look up which songs were for some of these titles (Last Chance, Sudden Death, Secondary). I know all the lyrics/songs by heart, but couldn't put the names with the face (titles with the song).

 

I don't know all of the words to secondary. Idk why I never learned them.
