i don't think we all have to jump on one user for not being stoked on this. it is happening in like every music thread it seems like sometimes, and it's kind of a domineering presence. im gonna participate probably but im cautious about it too, since it seems like it'd be more fun than getting irritated at the album thread but ive seen this kind of thing devolve into what that user was talking about too.

 

Not everyone has to like it. But when someone starts off with, "this is dumb stop it", it's hard to take a comment seriously.

It's one thing to say, "I don't like the idea, I think it stops discussion." But he took the longest most dickish route to get there.

Especially when the brackets I've participated in have all lead to discussion.

BRAND NEW FACE OFF

This will be NCAA style matches, with randomly generated brackets for each album facing off to decide which is the winner of each album. At the end of all of the albums, we'll do a finale Champions Bracket to decide the best overall BRAND NEW song!

Rules:
1. Voting will take place over 10-24 hour period, depending on How close the matches are(if there's a wide margin too far to beat the round may be run ruled to not waste time).
2. You must vote on every match in a round. If you don't your other votes don't count. Jut reply to this thread with your choices. I will not vote unless there is a tie needed to be broken.
3. Feel free to discuss why you chose one song over the other and why you like that song. It's what helps keeps these fun!
4. I avoid byes into rounds if I can, but sometimes it's necessary. These are randomly generated I do not pick them.
5. Once your votes are counted, signified by me 'liking' your post, there are no vote changes. Choose wisely before posting!
