Ice nine kills is an ass train. At one point they were a ska band.

the fact they put out the "fuck jason tate" shirt helps justify their entire existence though because it makes them worth laughing about than just totally ignorable

 

Honestly, I'm shocked they're the only band we know of that produced merch having something negative with Jason's name.

 

What's Eating Gilbert Grapes is actually a fantastic pop punk song. INK has had quite the interesting development as a band.

 

I mean, it was pretty funny...especially considering 95% of their fans probably don't even know who he is.

Their music isn't for me but I gotta give them credit for staying somewhat relevant as long as they have. Definitely thought they'd be long gone by now.

Honestly if they could've gotten on this fall run with FOB, that wouldve made a ton of sense & in a perfect world they would blow up from that.

My old band opened up for Ice Nine Kills at a show... it was... okay...

There isn't much to spill tbh. We figured it would be a good opportunity and, uh, I kind of knew it would be the last "big" show we played, so I agreed. The turnout was alright, probably 200 people on a Monday night. I stayed through INK's set because my buddy is a fan, and they were mildly entertaining, lol. I guess there are worse band I could have been watching, but they are just... not my thing.

Honestly, the craziest part of the night was when the vocalist of the band that played before us vomited into a t-shirt and flung it into the crowd. When I was setting up onstage people in the front row were legitimately asking me/us to not throw up on them. We told them it was 50/50.

 

i think it's time for a new band to print a Fuck Jason Tate shirt

 

Hit The Lights seems like a good candidate

I believe that's just the local acts for the second stage. I would expect the support to be more then that.

 

Spite has an announcement tomorrow. I feel like it's a tour since they had to drop off of the rest of the World Apart tour, but I could be wrong.

Edit: That Within The Ruins headliner has a TBA band apparently...hmmm....
