That leaves the women's and the wwe. You cant really expect smackdown to always have either becky or charlotte as champ. Might as well try something new with Nattie. Jinder will keep being champ until after the India tour because he'll draw a lot there and that makes sense. I dont really see whats so bad

 

Just watched the first episode of MYC and I gotta say the commentary isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. It's not spectacular but so far not terrible either.

I think we are good. The first round didn't really have any surprises. I think with the second round we'll hold off a bit more.

haha yeahhhh. I think all of the big names got their first round wins. Out of the women who aren't signed, based on the first round, I think Mia Yim, Mercedes Martinez, Santana, Shayna, Tessa, Toni, Jazzy, and Marti Belle should probably get offers. This is kind of a weird time for the women though. They've recently signed a lot of girls, and most of them were overshadowed in the tournament.

I think they'd have been better suited to have more seasoned women like Leva, Veda, Su Yung, etc. Having girls as green as they were hurt it just a little bit.

watching the Jazzy/Laith match now though. Certainly the best match of the first episode.

I'm just saying that I'm more willing to give it a chance for them trying out something new. Again, Jinder's days as champ as numbered, and after that, Nak will probably be champ. Natty...I dont really know, but I imagine Charlotte is getting that title soon and then Carmella cashes in

 

Finally got around to watching the Edge/Foley hardcore match from WM22. I need some more good ol' fashioned hardcore matches in my life.

Nat isn't a bad wrestler, you just don't like her style. She's top three most technically sound on the main roster.

 

The women's division on the main roster is solid as fuck, if not a little thin. Tamina, Nia, and Dana are kinda trainwrecks, but every other woman I can think of is doing very well for themselves.

I am a bigger mark for Nikki Cross than I've been for any female performer in a long time. I hope they keep letting her mix it up with the men here and there as the faction warfare gets going. Maybe not matches, but more spots like we got at Takeover. That's a barrier that could use some breaking down. I also want a Cross/LeRae match real bad.
