I wonder if the band will post anything about the album going #1.

 

i really wanted Jesus and Noro in there somewhere but I felt like the setlist was long as it.

True. Would be funny if they posted something and just said thanks lol

 

I feel like I stopped listening to Thrice before they became widely acclaimed. I have their first three albums. Didn't care for the first two and liked maybe a handful of songs on Artist. I stopped paying attention after Artist. Didn't they kind of switch up styles after that? Probably an ignorant question.

That said, I've seen Thrice live like 4 times and Dustin solo twice.

 

They really changed their sound starting with vhiessu. Their last 3 records have little to no screaming and ditch the post hardcore tag for a more straight ahead alt rock sound.

In much less exciting news, Neck Deep had a top 10 record

 

I can't believe that. Worst band

 

Incase anyone was curious, yes! Science Fiction is the perfect soundtrack to play bioshock to. Haha. I got the bioshock collection off eBay to play on my Xbox one again and this album fits so well with the first game. Especially with the tapes playing throughout and the running theme of water etc. Haha.

 

I wish there was something I could do to take away a sale from a band. I would buy every variant of SF if those sales counted as negatives against Neck Deep.

A) Something like this shouldn't bug you. Let bands be bands. Appreciate what you enjoy, no need to talk down on bands you don't like.

B) A top 10 record means nothing these days. You can sell as little as 10k and get a top 10 record in the right week. Really if you aren't top 3, it doesn't matter.

 

Has any one of those absurd things ever been true? Like, has Brand New ever hid something for people to find like that?
