I thought forsure Arya/Sansa were gonna drag Peter out, and execute him a la Rob/Ned.

Nope Arya just cuts him, and moves on lol

You could hear the Emmy's being engraved if you listened close enough.

I definitely feel like there are less repercussions. I know I got used to it early, but I was REALLY expecting a major good character death but at the same time was kind of not scared for any of them. It really feels like a large core has had plot armor since the start of Season 6 that will last until the final 2 episodes of the series.

No more watermelon crushing, back stabbing, executing or what have you sudden deaths of main good characters.

Yeah, that Tyrion/Cersei scene was fantastic.

What are the odds that, despite their relationship, Jon and Dany proceed with it anyway? Also, what friction will the revelations of Jon being heir to the Iron Throne produce?

Also, not saying that the show should end with Jon being happy or whatever, but goddamn, he's been such a miserable fuck that I would like to see him end up with someone. Ha.

I do love that Arya used Littlefinger's own knife.

I can very much see Jon giving his life in the final episode or penultimate.

It would be nice to see him happy, but I'm not sure I'd be cool with a happily ever after incest between the good guys. With Dany's great nephews and nieces running around who are also her children.

I mean, I don't blame them now, Emilia Clarke is gorgeous and Kit Harrington is very handsome lol, but once they find out...

But certainly some more ammo for people who don't watch the show "Isn't that the show with all the incest?"

I can see a few people dying, but I don't believe Jon will be one of them. I think Jaime and Tyrion, and even the onion knight, giving their lives.

Jon, Dany, Tyrion and Arya were supposed to make it to the end since Day 1. So I'm interested to see how it plays out. I'd put Tyrion a little higher on the survival list than Jon personally. But they all make it to the last or 2nd to last episode I believe.

This is true, I just REALLY REALLY REALLY hope they don't do some time paradox loop bullshit. Ever since the Hodor episode I've been like....oh no. Bran is Bran the builder, he started the nights watch, the entire thing is going to be a circle that was always going to happen and always will. It all means nothing, etc, etc. That would really ruin a lot for me.

I think Jon dies for sure. I don't think Tyrion dies though. Davos dying would be in the running for the most upset I've ever been at fiction.

The Bran time stuff would be amazing also. I don't get why people would rather us just follow around a useless child for eight years.

Brienne, Davos, Tormund, The Hound, Bronn

Those all would be absolutely devastating deaths to deal with for characters not "crucial" (though they are) to the endgame.

The main reason I don't see Jon dying is I think he, more than anyone else, is best positioned to end up building an more just world. I could also see all the men dying and the women building a better world. Ha.

Melisandre went back to Essos. Curious how that may intersect with Euron.

I'd say there's only gonna be one in the end but the one I want isn't gonna be that one so I'm just gonna keep living in denial for a year.
