FFXV looks worse on Xbox than Xenoblade Chronicles X does on WiiU. It's embarrassing. Square is a mess. I still enjoy what I played so far though.

I'm excited for Thimbleweed Park now being on Ps4. Have you heard of the new game from the Layers of Fear studio? Observer? It's getting a shit load of praise.

 

I have not, I'll have to check that out! Didn't know that TP was coming to PS4, but glad it is.

I also saw Obduction is coming to PS4 on Tuesday.

 

TP and Observer are both on the store now! I don't know much about Obduction but I'm interested.

I'd buy Observer now but it looks sort of similar to Get Even and I still need to finish that.

 

Regarding Destiny 2, does anyone know what exactly the EDZ is? The trailer just showed a Guardian running through a PvE area killing things. Is this like... a strike or... something else?

 

Patrol area - the EDZ is one of four areas where you can explore around, killing stuff and doing little side activities (you'll also traverse through the area to get to story missions as you progress through the game). You can collect materials, activate little side quests (patrol quests) - usually kill X number of enemies, collecting X number of things, things like that or stumble upon timed public events where you'll have a certain amount of time to complete a task. Destiny 2 introduces Adventures, which sound like a series of a few patrol quest-type activities strung together with some dialogue to give you a little story or lore and Lost Sectors to find, small hidden areas with a bunch of enemies and a miniboss to get you some loot. You'll see other players running around in the area (IIRC it was limited to 12 in an area the first game).

Essentially EDZ is the overworld for one of the planets you visit in the game.
