Blacklist! Decent show, ha. Nothing crazy amazing but I like it.

 

For me that was hotelier. I listened to home once thought the songs were amazing but couldn't get into the vocals, somehow I kept going back and back and now that's a top 5 album all time for me, followed by goodness.

 

Ah nice! It's easy to be too judgemental at first, albums really need multiple listens because they might grow on you.

And you just came me a new band to check out so thank you

 

Oh yea, definitely check them out. Start with home like no place is there.

 

The name of the band sounds somewhat familiar but I'm not entirely sure. I know I've heard them though, and I'm always welcome to new music. Might take a while cause Brand New has taken over my life at the moment haha.

But I'll make sure to check out that album sometime soon!

Man okay my "origin" story is really simple. In 2011-2012 my girlfriend at the time was a huge fan (and she still is) and told me I should check them out. I think she initially showed me The Boy Who Blocked His Own Shot, Sic Transit, Sowing Season, and maybe Quiet Things?

...There may have been a moment where we broke up and both posted lyrics from Boy at each other on Facebook...
