Poll: What do you put on the "food" known as a hot dog? • Page 2

Sometimes only ketchup. Usually I'll put only baked beans on it. If it's a chili dog, I gotta' have some onions.

So ketchup, other, and onions.

If it's a corndog, ketchup and mustard. I'm not changing my vote again, though. Sorry, mustard.

Ketchup and mustard, maybe some onion. Mustard is the priority though.

Anyone who voted for ketchup is a monster. Mustard is the only condiment that should be found on a hotdog. If you want cheese, onions, relish, etc... then fine, but keep the ketchup OUT.

 

Regular yellow mustard is an abomination

Dissenting opinion here: while I like both, I generally prefer yellow mustard on my hotdog as opposed to deli mustard

 

Growing up I just liked a plain grilled hot dog and chili was a gourmet/special occasion topping. But as I have grown older I've become more of a hot dog connoisseur I've grown to love many different toppings on my hot dog. Whenever I go to a hot dog place I tend to get a variety of styles. Can't decide on a favorite.

Even having them at home I'll make one with ketchup and one with spicy brown mustard.

 

In a pinch where you've got the standards and nothing else I think relish and relish alone by a country mile

Usually they have a hot dog vendor. I had a really good one outside of Lowes last weekend.

Haha, the Home Depots by me have a separate vendor that sets up shop outside, and they have like 7320948 toppings/sauces. It's awesome

yellow mustard and ketchup. i also enjoy relish, sport peppers, etc., but my standard is mustard and ketchup.

 

oh and these are easily the best hot dogs i have ever had.
