I think a lot of it has to do with "yipcore" getting popular, and all those bands are BN worshippers (citizen are the worst offenders), so that points a younger crowd back to TDAG and Daisy.

I love the intro and outros to this record so much... like what a way to start/end a record... those sounds are amazing

Agreed. No Control is my least favorite on the album but the rest of the second is some of the best music they have ever made.

Unrelated note, I was doing so good keeping up in this thread, then the weekend happened.

Aaron sucks lol underoath's only great album is the one without him on it so

 

Aaron is trying to be like, "help me understand!" then when people do he says, "well, you tried, guess it's not for me." then getting really offended when people talk crap on his music.

 

Not hearing a ton on No Control on what I've read (I also have missed a few of the last couple hundred posts ;) haha) What are people's thoughts on this song? I personally - love it and the bridge-chorus is one of the album highlights for me. It might get lost on an album with so many highpoints but find myself going back to it a lot.

 

Honestly.

He also needs to listen to more music if he thinks The Alien is some amazing, new, and different music.

 

i mean, the alien > the sunshine > the grocery is a good run that rivals the stuff on this album, but that comparison really isnt necessary.
