Damn should have given it to Braun

 

after tonight, Braun has to become a champion. Whether its him murdering the Miz or whatever...you gotta push him to the moon in some way.

 

It sucks that this result was basically predictable due to Brock being booked for the next few months. lol. I was hoping for a swerve.

 

At least we have NXT to look forward to. Ugh why cant NXT be fucking live

 

Of course, Takeover last night was nearly flawless. So what did we expect.

 

Tag matches were good

Cruiserweight and US title was fine

Universal had a lot of good spots

Rest of show was poo

 

He's booked for the next ppv.

 

I just don't understand how this company could be so out of touch with what its fans want.

Have Nak and Braun win there, and you've got excitement at the top of the card for both shows.

Instead you've got a champ no one cares about on SD and a champ that never shows up on Raw.

 

We arent the majority brother. Like we were sayin before. We knew casual fans who were stoked for the big cass match. theres a major disonnect between us and the majority of casual fans. Thats the problem.

 

What makes you think that? Cause last I checked, the crowd was hotter for Nak and Braun than pretty much anyone else on the show.

 

I was hoping Seth and Dean would help Roman win and we'd get the shield back

 

it's a Summerslam crowd.. lol.

from a numbers perspective, jinder is the ideal champ anyway

 

Yeah. You had a snarky brooklyn crowd and also people who fly in for the whole long weekend. Thats not your typical crowd.

So begins Roman's quest for redemption

 

I'll buy that maybe more casual fans want Brock over Sttowman.

But I don't buy for a second they want Jinder over Nak.

 

Jinder got more of a reaction tonight than he did in any of his Randy PPVs. His MITB entrance was met with damn near silence

So id say casuals crowds dont much care for him any more than NYC

 

We've been over this with Roman. Getting boos isn't a good enough reason to put someone at the top of your card.

Heels only work when there is either a babyface to overcome them, or they are interesting in their own way. When Jinder wins every match the same way, and denies Nakamura that babyface moment... what is the point? How the fuck does it further the product to keep the belt on him?

 

it's funny because, like someone else pointed out earlier, every thing said about jinder you could also say about authority rollins

 

Roman Reigns main evented WM33 and retired Taker - since then he has lost four straight PPV matches haha

 

Booking wise yes but Seth is also an exciting competent wrestler who doesn't botch his own finisher and schoolboy rollups

The booking sucks regardless but it's even worse when it's done with a wrestler who stinks at wrestling

 

It furthers the product in India!!!!

 

Weak show, but the main event was just the best. That was the WWE multiman formula used to perfection. Lame Brock won, but he seemed to give a fuck tonight. Still think Braun will be the guy to go over Brock whenever they have a singles main event.

 

Meanwhile, an entire stadium was singing Nak's theme music, which doesn't have any fucking lyrics, during the match itself.

 

One can argue that his theme song is more over than he is, but I sure as hell prefer him as champ over Jinder.

And while I see a resemblance in the booking, relating Jinder and Rollins is laughable. Rollins was a prodigy and was on a heat streak, while jinder was a complete polar opposite
