Hmm if so I hadn't seen it. Their Facebook just posted about it today, saying it's now available. Either way, I'll be picking it up.

 

Yeah, it came out Feb/March I think, as it was posted here & /r/circasurvive.

Definitely keep your eyes out for Descensus! I'm pumped to get the tab for Nesting Dolls. What a song.

He sounds conflicted about how he handled it, but nonetheless, important that this sort of thing is called out if you feel something is wrong.

 

Doesn't sound like there was anything more he could have done aside from telling bandmates why he did it beforehand. I've felt a similar, non-fatherly kinda rage before about how some people treat women, it definitely leaves me conflicted and without answers. Love this though.

 

no reason to feel conflicted, that persons safety is more important than anyones enjoyment of a rock concert. Hindsight is 20/20, i think he did what he thought was right in the situation.

 

Fuck yeah. This is exactly the kind of shit I want to see from bands these days. Brendan did a great thing and should feel great. It's horrible that I have to say this but it's always refreshing to see bands who give a shit about their fans' safety at shows.

 

I'm getting ready to move and found this in my closet. Totally forgot I owned this. Is it worth anything?

Lol, that's pretty cool. I probably won't sell it but that's good to know if I'm in a pinch. I've never even listened to it lol. My friend has an amazing set up though, I should take advantage of that.

 

Wow, I had no idea it was worth that much. I have one that's sealed and framed on my wall that an ex gave me. I don't plan on ever selling it though.

I've only just discovered this song really, I'm on a big Circa kick atm. Fuck man, the "2am" section leading into that subtle little guitar bit before the big ending. Beautiful.

 

Who does all the artwork for the bands albums? It's really cool!

Weird thing happened today. I went on a long hike in a nearby nature preserve, and the first album I put on was Violent Waves. It was really hitting more than ever before, and I felt really confident in my "I like this a lot more than BSN even if they're probably the same quality", and thought that if I ever got the chance to get it on vinyl, I would. I was pretty sure this would never happen because it's pretty expensive.

But low and behold, I walk into 2nd and Charles that very afternoon and find it for $26. Still sealed and everything. Easy, easy purchase. Can't wait to spin it tomorrow.

 

Violent Waves sells second hand at a high price?

Guess I should go ahead and get rid of the vinyl I've been meaning to get rid of

 

The only other copies I've seen have been over $50. On my budget, that's expensive, though I realize it isn't to some haha.

 

Phantasmagoria is a better freaky folk jam than Fever Dreams, fellas
