David went on the modlife chat and said blink were back and doing an album. He did it like 3 days before the Grammys lol. Dude was oblivious as hell. He thought it was already known info.

I have to decide between Same Logic/Teeth, 137, and Out of Mana for this last spot. Man this is going to be hard. Maybe i should make this a top 25.

Last listen today before Bed. Such a good album man, I'm still blown away by every listen.

 

The final "can't say it enough, can't sing it enough" might be my favourite moment on the album. Vin's verse at the end of Teeth is close though

 

Listened to this more today, this is the first Brand New album I've ever loved. I really like TDAG and Daisy. But I adore this record.

 

As far as "Best Albums I've Ever Heard" this has already made my list, not even joking. It's the 3rd Brand New album to make the list along with Deja Entendu and Your Favorite Weapon. Brand New is on another level man.

Actually Devil and God is probably on that list too so 4 albums. That's insane for any band. Constantly blessed by this band

Yeah I'm feeling this is the final album. Huge tour throughout 2018 hitting up every place they want, and calling it a day at MSG or their own festival. Maybe they'll release Sealed to Me or a box set of unreleased tracks in the future but I think this is the last album.

However, I would very much love to be proven wrong

I realize that, just me denying that is probably the end. Ha. In Fairness Daisy had some similar hintings of the end. I am done speculating what this band may do tho. If this is end, what a way to go out.

True, a lot of people thought LP5 would never actually come out so this in itself is an amazing treat. It's such a fantastic record with zero bad songs so I'm happy this is what we got. If it is the end, it's a perfect way to go out.

Decided to modify my top Brand New songs list and made a top 20 and then as I was turning into a playlist I decided to up to 25. 6 songs from this album made it and it's only been out two days lmao.

This album is legendary man.

 

I mean plenty of rock stars go past age 40 even though they should have called it quits years ago. I still feel like as far as physical ability and age, Jesse personally has at least 10 more good years in him but I just think he's to the point where he is done.

I just think it would be weird to say retract all that 2000-2018 commotion they had last year but I would love for them to call it back and keep making music. It just feels like if they go through all that trouble making posters and merch and such for it that it's already written in stone and won't be changed.

 

This is weird as hell though. It's not there when you go to their profile but shows up when you search for it.

 

I had to search for the name of the album to find it on Spotify. But yeah, I'm in Europe aswell
