See now my opinion on crowd surfers is a very negative opinion but people get mad if you get mad at crowd surfers so I just stay shut on that topic.

It's so surreal that a band that put out an amazing record YFW is a still putting out records just as amazing 17 years later!

 

Yeah I also read where you said if you're worried about staying safe stay home so regardless of that one word it's clear what you think.

No, I think you are misunderstanding me.

I go to around 25 shows a year. I'm not scared of getting hurt. I know what can happen at shows, I know the liability of going to a show. Even if you aren't worried about the type of crowd, accidents can happen. Just like you can die every time you get in a car. Can't live life in fear but still safety is the #1 priority so if you really feel in danger get out of there.

The only disappointing thing about this album is that Lit Me Up wasn't a cover of Up from Sing Street

 

Going back and watching those tour videos with Manchester and KDev, always makes me laugh.

Jesse jumping fifteen feet down in laser tag is still so damn funny to me

 

My girlfriend ordered me the vinyl loving this after one listen

 

Best part of all those videos.

 

Between that and the $330 fireworks, there's so much happening haha

 

Random thoughts while listening to this today:

- At different times throughout the record the vocal harmonizing / tones remind me of each of their previous release (including YFW - last minute or so of "Same Logic/Teeth" singing sounds very YFW to me, it's awesome)

- I get a lot of Cure vibes from this

- this is fucking great and I can't listen to anything else and that's quite alright

 

i love that Andy is probably the youngest of the bunch yet hes the one acting like a disgruntled father having to watch his chaotic children lol.

i didnt want to say this because obv im biased but yeah i hear a lot of 80s Cure in this

 

and if someone gets into a car accident, the person whose fault it is pays up

people at shows who hurt other people do not face consequences the vast majority of the time

 

last week I saw Metallica and there was a drunk mom next to me who was getting a little handsy as the night went on. was v uncomfortable

 

Hahahah yea me and @bardown93 watched all of those a few months ago. So funny

 

this record is truly a love letter to everyone and everything that has got them where they are. call backs for days

 

Has there been confirmation of how many of the limited vinyls were actually released altogether? (500/5000/???)

Okay and? You went to the show you are liable to get hurt.

Obviously I don't support people intentially hurting people. That's not the point of my post. Accidents happen all the time that's just something that can happen when you go to shows. If you go to rock shows expecting to not get moved (not intentially hurting people) around in GA, then I have no idea what you are thinking.
