Yeah I am super excited. I know that song Bang Bang by heart from watching the live videos on youtube a ton, but the clips they put out with the studio recording sounds great. They put a lot of cool little details into the production. I also love the new logo they have for the album. I wonder if them with the bikes up in the air is going to be the album art?

 

Honestly just like you'd expect something from Story of the Year at this point. Not too different from Black Sawn or Constant.

 

Fuck. I wish I could pledge. I really wanna hear this.

 

Love the 80s Sci-fi/horror vibe with the teaser videos. A really cool concept for them.

 

Pledgers got a download of Bang Bang today. I'm at work so I haven't listened yet.

This new song rules as the does the clip in the first teaser vid. Really glad I funded this album. It's going to be awesome.

 

Honestly I haven't been able to think about anything other than Brand New the past couple of days so I still haven't checked it out haha. It will happen soon.

 

I liked the BN album but I moved on, its very much a dim the lights at home album and Im normally driving in my car lol. You'll be glad you did when you check this one

 

I won't dare say this in the BN thread, but after songs like Sink, Gasoline, Brought a Bride and Vices were on Daisy.....this follow up is underwhelming IMO. I feel like Wolves will live up to the hype a lot more.

I went through and listened to The Black Swan again the other day; by far my favorite record of theirs. The Antidote is still a banger, and Angel In The Swamp should be getting a staple spot on their setlist, yet I see they haven't played it in a long while. What the heck?!

 

When does this album come out again?
