This is the worst take I've seen in this thread definitely, but maybe ever.

 

Which is good. I think the amount of screams on Daisy is why I never cared for it.

 

The bassline in "Lit Me Up" is so good

One of my favorites on the record now. My three year old son also loves it and can sing part of the chorus. Haha.

 

"Can't Get It Out" could've been on Deja, complete with Smiths reference

The album this most reminds me of (in this scene) is No Devolucion by Thursday. Not necessarily sonically, though the layering def reminds me of that album, but the way these two bands when and made some of their career best work by reinventing themselves, but still keeping the elements of what people loved about them. Beautiful

 

When people say split album your referring to the version with individual tracks.

 

not at all, you were super nice but i ended up not being able because my friends ended up getting tix to florida and planning a whole thing around it

 

Just had a thought, why is this called Science Fiction? Like the album art works thematically but can't really see a link between the title and lyrics/music

 

It's almost Science Fiction to believe that there's a new BN album.

 

Anyone who thinks this is the last tour is delusional. They will do a big tour next year I think.

It's personally my least favorite by far. I think it's a good song but it sticks out Luke a sore thumb compared to how epic all the other songs are.

 

There will be another tour with 20+ stops before they are done right?? surely this isn't their last

 

Tickets to philly were also sold out as soon as it turned to noon.

 

There are enough creepy sounds/talking/squeals/schreeches/etc in the song intro/exits for me to consider this very much a science fiction connection.

 

oh I completely agree, I just mean specifically this morning I didn't want my enjoyment of the album to be undercut by missing out on tickets haha

 

Yep, I've been saying this! Could have been a great more punky crossover track between their new sound and YFW
