So I remember initially thinking that having the control panel all be one would be to messy but the past two days I've become annoyed by having to swipe left and right to access things that I can't wait for the new version of it.

Who wants this? I feel like anytime I try to use a feature like this I end up only paying attention to a single game and ultimately just put that to full screen

The screen capture feature in iOS 11 is pretty awesome.

iOS 11 beta is pretty awesome in general but it freaked out on me the other day and my phone wouldn't recognize any OS level tapping whatsoever. That is to say if I opened an app with Siri, I could use it but swiping on my home screen, answering a notification or permission... nada. It was a fun ~6 hours or so until it corrected itself.

Thought for sure I would have had to run down the battery as powering off your phone... requires a swipe :)

Or do a hard reset (hold Power and home button for 5 seconds or Power + Volume Down if you're on iphone 7)

Apple spending a billion dollars to introduce original programming? How is that not a big deal?

It appears they think highly of that space. Amazon and Netflix did it, so why not? I have extremely low expectations for whatever they come up with though. Their track record so far (small sample size), has been not great.

That's where a lot of money is going these days.

Traded in my ancient ipad2 for the current iPad 2017. Barely used my older one but traded it in before it was worth nothing. However, I am using this a heck of a lot to go about the house and watch things. Love it.

Am I crazy or is it possible that the several years old MacBook Air my girlfriend has, has a better processor than the regular 2017 MacBooks?

Help Please: I'm looking into getting a new MacBook this year and I want to buy the one that has the best price/power ratio (could be regular or Pro), but my knowledge is limited. I need it to browse the internet, consume media, creative cloud (mostly photo editing and so on), maybe some audio editing, and some light gaming (I especially want to hook it up to a TV and run emulators). I want regular use (browsing, media and so on) to be fast. I also want to travel with it. What do you guys think is best? Help would be appreciated.

The base model of the new MacBook Pro is same price as the MacBook now

To anyone who has an Apple Watch and exercises regularly, I recommend the ActionSleeve Armband by Twelve South. It’s dope. I run daily and hate that my watch constantly twists/moves around due to sweat. I’ve been using it for about a week now and it’s very comfortable, doesn’t move at all and just does a damn good job.

Apple Music question: If I were to disable iTunes music library on my phone so I can then transfer a local file(Science Fiction) over to my phone from my PC, I'm assuming that will erase all my downloaded music from Apple Music as well as anything added to my library from Apple Music......? [I'm pretty sure that is a yes].

Part 2: If I enable iTunes Music Library again after I have moved over this file, will I have to manually add back all the songs/albums again from previous or can I restore that somehow?

I still don't want to enable iTunes Music Library on my main iTunes. Maybe my paranoia will subside enough one day for me to take the plunge.

Part 1 yes, part 2 yeah that'll need to be done manually
