Personally I LOVE this record but I also would have loved a record full of Menes and I am a Nightmares. Both are AMAZING songs and I feel like they could make take that sound and make something out of this world from it.

They put those songs out because those songs are perfection

 

They liked the songs and were probably planning an album around them, threw them out in the public to give their fans something to chew on, and then changed their plans. Pretty easy to understand

 

My point was that they're not very good songs. I mean, it's all subjective, but I'm far from the only one that thought that
