Praying I receive one of the CDs in the mail today, I ordered the vinyl as soon as it appeared online.

 

Why isn't this streamed somewhere more logical and not aapple music?

 

(I can't believe that's how people are experiencing the probable final Brand New album: streamed from some shitty speakers over Facebook. Alas, that is the life of a Brand New fan.)

Don't get that either, absolutely refuse to do it that way.

 

One thing worth mentioning that I thought was cool - there seem to be a spoken world sample related to the samples on Daisy. Specifically the one at the start of Daisy. It was a/the guy saying the "wonderful grand old message" bit, but slightly different and something else was going on.

 

I'm dying over here because I refuse to have that be how I hear it. Although I streamed all the shitty youtube videos of Gasoline way back when so I'm no better..

 

Yeah the art is fucking great.

Science Fiction is probably the best thing they could have named the album.

also for real, for all the talk i'm sure there's been of "we've waited this long, what's x more weeks/months/years," a bunch of people are weirdly jumping at the chance to take the air of the balloon that is this record with an initial stream via fb live lol

 

Yo, Brand New, I'm really happy for you, I'ma let you finish, but Manchester Orchestra had one of the best albums of all time! One of the best albums of all time!

 

But damn do I want it to leak.

 

Yeah, I heard like two songs and stopped. Definitely didn't want it to be like that, too. Just wanted to know what I was in for.

 

There was no way I was going to touch that stream.

I am glad that people enjoyed the songs though!
