Ok so far this sounds cool.. songs kind of blending together but definitely more positive sounding and upbeat, one slower track but overall kind of hard to get a great impression with the setup

Ok not sure I heard the whole album because it was playing when I walked in but the closer was my initial favorite aside from the singles

 

Add house345 on Snapchat if you want to hear/see some poorly shot clips, right now they are filming an interview with what looks like a random fan lol

 

God, I need this album. This is probably the only thing that can challenge After the Party for my AOTY.

 

Yeah this didn't really satisfy my need to hear the album tbh, still more excited for Prawn but this is definitely second most anticipated at the moment

 

Hopefully the next single they release isn't the last song on the album

 

I also went, it was tight. Had exclusive shirts, as well as the record. Free beer as well.

The record itself, while mostly uniform throughout, sounded good. Definitely less of a "pop punk songs through a dream pop filter" vibe. I get the feeling that it's more of a mood record (from what I could tell). I liked "Sunshine Type", the closer, and the one that has an acoustic (?) intro a lot

Acoustic intro one was cool but was hoping it was all acoustic to make it a bit more diverse

Fantastic. I'm so excited. And rather damn jealous that nothing like that happens here in the U.K. Unless you're from London. And very lucky.

Some friends and I were sitting around a fire pit tonight having beers and one of my buddies threw on the the two singles from this record. When they were over and we had to put something else on I just had this empty feeling, like this album sounds like it's going to be p e r f e c t for that kind of chill setting. But all we had were two songs. I can't wait another two weeks for this, just want it now.

 

Yeah I'm really looking forward to this. Don't think anything is even gonna come close to knocking '68 off its throne for me this year for AOTY but I'm pretty sure this is gonna be top 10, maybe even top 5

 

If the rest of this sounds like the first two songs I could see this potentially cracking the top five for me at the end of the year.

 

From their Instagram posts I think it will be.
