all the english speaking liga journos i follow saying it's not happening anymore but no real reasons given beyond "mascherano doesn't want that." which, he's not even a first choice starter anymore, so i highly doubt that's a thing beyond a smokescreen for board incompetency. but the two journos who don't jump on rumors unless they're pretty factual (didn't even mentioned neymar to psg until the day he skipped practice, etc) have said something so yeah. shame if true. he'd be fantastic squad depth.
