After the first few listens, I was really let down with the album as it was doing nothing for me. It took a nice drive home at night to make it click with me. But even then it's my least favorite MO record at the moment. So I'm waiting till the fall for it to really kick in for me cause I assume it'll be perfect in that weather.

Anyone else ever get into a euphoric trance when listening to music where they have to play it literally as loud as possible and just get completely lost in the music to the point where it almost feels like it transforms you? That just happened to me with the silence.

I just lost my grandfather on Monday morning and all of the lyrics about your life being a reflection and ancestry and whatnot all hit way too hard..(p.s not looking for sympathy or whatever just thought I would share how hard it hit me)

Cope charted at 13 on the top 200, so to debut at 33 must be a bit disappointing to them. I don't think Billboard counted streaming back in 2014, so that must be hurting them since they were still 7th in album sales.

I think a lot of their fans buy their records, not necessarily a bad thing. number 2 in vinyl sales is great

Of course, I just never realized how much the inclusion of streaming would hurt a band like this, when it comes to charting.

yea considering 1,500 streams equals an album sale fans buying the record actually should help them. its tough though I suppose, we are in a weird musical world.

yea I have no idea how these reviews score things, thats why I like that this site got rid of number ratings. People used to obsess way too much over an album that got a 9.0 or an 8.8

Hmm. Its fun to think about what other lyrics could have been the album title.

Wasn't Simple Math almost Let Go Of Your Sorrowful Groaning?

You Believe It, Or You Don't would've been a cool record title
