In terms of the lottery 2nd chance draft, what happens to the teams that are relinquished?

For example:

WedemBoyz gets the Eagles in the lottery.
Cowboys aren't selected in the lottery. He puts his last chance ticket on the Cowboys and gets them. Any oppurtunity for someone to switch to the Eagles?

Second, just to confirm, if we change teams in the last chance lottery, we can still swap teams with someone, correct? I know in the past we only allowed one move, but I assume under these circumstances you could still change teams in the 2nd lottery and then trade that team if you want.

 

I should have mentioned but yes, after the initial lottery---there will be a brief/quick poll on the remaining teams before we head into the team trade period.

and yes....regardless of what happens in the first two team selection processes, all will be able to potentially trade their team in the final team selection step.

Team foam paper football things to be used in the team selection draft have been ordered, will be here Wednesday....

Will be drawing one of these bad boys followed by a user....or drawing a user followed by one of these bad boys....which order should I do it in? Any preference?
