This could all be avoided if they did the smart thing and signed Kap

 

Article I read today was talking about how Miami won't sign Kap because of the pro-Castro comments he's made in the past and how that doesn't sit right with a lot of the Miami/Cuban market.

Hell, I didn't know that Guillen (sp) was suspended a few games by the Marlins years ago because of comments he made that were pro-Castro.

 

Do football teams ever actually tank or is that something we just joke about? I can't see coaching staff members ACTUALLY risking their jobs for the sake of a rebuild they probably won't be around for.

I feel like the only time you ever tank for a draft pick, is like week 15 if you have one or two wins and everybody knows they have one foot out the door.

 

Cutler had to have been up to three packs a day by now. No way he is in football shape by September

My favorite Cutler moment is him throwing 5 INT's in one game. Dan Patrick (and I'm sure all of Chicago) ripped him the following day.

 

Why did Kap opt out of his contract? Did his agent / he think there was a better option out there? I mean, yeah it would suck to be on a shit team which the 49ers will be - and as a possible back up - so I like his mindset of finding something better out there, but dude lost out on 14 million and if it wasn't just his doing for opting out (let's says it was his manager or friends that pushed him over the edge to leave SF) then he should replace those people in his life if he hasn't already.

 

Paying Cutler $10mil for a year is fucking hilarious. There is no world where Kaep costs that much

The video you attached wasn't the 5 INT game (still good to watch though) but my favorite Cutlet moment is when Cutler threw 4 picks just to D'Angelo Hall when he was on the Redskins - in one game. How the fuck do you do that. That's not even possible in Madden, even if you tried.
