Interesting. I thought they were a lock. Maybe May 14 is too soon for them to be playing shows. Also, KROQ announces the line up for this really close to the actual date, haha.

Eh, i like the arrows. Hope this isn't an official change. Taking off a certain part of a logo doesn't seem like a reinvention. the bunny with the X eyes would be cool.

Without the arrows it is basically the nirvana logo.

 

It's just a little piece to be an album artwork. I'm thinking about tour poster. Something like band names / tour name on the top. Dates on the bottom.

I do think the face though will be on the album. Just speculating.

 

im sure if its NOT the album art that the actual album will at least be very similar

 

Travis did say artwork for the new ALBUM was done, not single.

 

Teasing artwork for a single seems pretty silly, though I guess it's maybe different just based on the anticipation for this

I like the smiley with no arrows. I always planned on getting a tat with the OG smiley with no arrows. Simple.

 

I love it so far and hope it's the album art.

Looks too much like a tour poster for me, but I dig the smiley so it bumps it back up to a 7/10 so far. Can't wait to see the rest

 

I'm just nervous that I won't like the new music, that scares me.
