Objectively, Dude Ranch is a better album. Better lyrics, better production, better melodies, better drumming

California isn't close to Dude Ranch imo. But if someone likes it more? Idk let them? Untitled and Dude Ranch are clearly the consensus top two albums in this forum not necessarily in that order, but those are easily tops. But god forbid anybody think differently.

I'd think Untitled and TOYPAJ are probably the top 2 for Blink. Maybe I'm wrong

Untitled and Dude Ranch are my typical go-to albums when I'm feeling like listening to Blink. And I listen to Enema or TOYPAJ if I want some real nostalgia vibes. Those are pretty much the only 4 albums of their I listen to. I always forget about Neighborhoods and even California. DED... I only like the first 3 tracks, so I never really listen to it unless I put those 3 tracks on a mix or something.

I just wouldn't call myself a true blink fan or a punk rocker if I ranked California over Dude Ranch is all

I don't like California much at all but I still got more out of it than Dude Ranch. Honestly I only really revisit Untitled, DED and the Tom heavy songs from TOYPAJ and Neighborhoods.

 

I'm definitely no punk rocker though so I guess that explains it.

I am going to chime in here. That is bs. I'm about as big a blink fan as anyone, ask @truelovewaits , and I rank Cali over Dude Ranch because I can. If you like the Ranch more that's awesome it's a good record and when they started making quality songs, but that doesn't make you a more superb blink fan.

How can you rank a bubblegum pop album that only has hooks going for it above a seminal work of the genre?
