There is a v good chance I walk out of my next mall trip with Splatoon. Everyone's enthusiasm is infectious. It would already be purchased if it were in stock @ Amazon.

 

Overcooked is so ridiculous. one of the early stages the kitchen is in the middle of the street (with pedestrian and all that). WHY???

 

The World Ends With You is going to be my downfall. I'm in a store browsing weird goth/lolita dresses to increase stats I don't even understand.

 

Haha, I won a match by 0.1% last night. I wonder if that was the same match. 44-something percent to 44-something percent.

Edit: I lied. Won by 0.2%.

 

Lumo heading to Switch - Nintendo Everything

So many cool games coming out.

Clearly, I haven't made ranked battles a priority. Still figuring what I want to do with specific abilities. More concerned about getting 4 slots at the moment.

 

drove up to meet with my family at their summer timeshare and my brother had brought my wii u, so i decided to replay shantae and the pirates curse and beat it in a couple of hours, great game, really should play the latest one.

 

store across the street briefly had about 4 consoles of the Switch when i came in the other day. i had about $150 and no credit card.
day later, my brother mentions it and buys one (for himself). they are now sold out.
i am so fucking angry.

 

By the way people, Super Sidekicks for NeoGeo (now on Switch) is a pretty good arcade soccer game that has held up quite well. If that appeals to you you should check it out.

dunkey is the only video game youtuber ive seen that i dont hate, but i dont really care about video game media or journalism or whatever you wanna call it

 

I don't watch many of his videos, but he's alright on the few I have seen. I'll even admit I don't really find fault with many of his complaints here. I love Splatoon 2 so far, but it really doesn't feel like a huge difference from the first game (multiplayer wise), even has some of the same maps...

 

I like splatoon 2 more than splatoon 1 because it's on a console I actually enjoy playing and I know other people that play it

 

It has a different campaign and new maps, modes and guns and so on. In other words, it's as much a sequel as every other shooter sequel that has ever come out. Was it supposed to be a card game for people to call it a sequel or what? This discussion is so dumb. Same goes for Destiny.

Also that YouTuber in particular is annoying. He's the guy that released that "hurrdurr game critics are dumb hurrdurr IGN is dumb" video that had more holes, falsehoods and contradictions in it than your average middle school essay.

 

I just listened to the new episode of Axe Of The Blood God (USGamer's RPG podcast) and they talk about The World Ends With You because it is 10 years old this week. Crazy coincidence.

 

Just started single player on Splatoon 2, RIP my life.

Also bought Arms and Disgea at the same time as Splatoon, haven't even opened the case of either yet haha.

 

I just bought a four slot varsity jacket in Splatoon

 

And I ordered golden high top sneakers with four slots
