So, what's the one realistic remaining (or first in the above case) signing everyone wants their club to make this window?

A striker. A good one. Please.

    Messi.

Dier is prob the most realistic and that's very unrealistic with Levy

I hear the Agent of Chaos is looking for a club.

Edit: Turns out he recently signed for Toulouse! Nevermind, I'm sure you're gutted.

  6. I think Barkley is the most likely and most realistic. But I want to make a bid for Dembele (Celtic). Apparently we tried to get him last year so I don't think it's completely unrealistic.

Do you think he'd be happy to play second fiddle to Kane? I imagine he'd want lots of game time.

  8. I think he'd get plenty of game time between PL, CL and the other cups.

I would like Barcelona to sign a decent centerback or defensive mid. We have Marlon as fourth string at CB, but he doesn't feel quite ready to me and we have the Sergi double of Roberto and Samper to step in behind Busquets, but I want someone who that is their role and they own it. Matic could be a nice fill-in for a couple seasons until Samper is ready.

Edit: Or just have Valverde be willing to play Mascherano in the DM role. That'd be cool. So, yeah, revising this: a CB to push Pique and Umtiti.

Sadly, I have no idea who you mean. I've just Wiki'd their team and transfer news and I'm no wiser. :crylaugh:

I want Swansea to hold onto Siggurdson more than I want them to sign anyone, but again, also a solid CB would be a good signing.

  12. I read today that Spurs get 10% of whatever Swansea gets in a Siggy deal.

I hate and love Levy so much.

Sanogo! Only the most sought after striker in the world. A man once described by the Ajax youth development coach as having "no qualities of a professional footballer".

They didn't look too bad when I saw them play Hearts a few weeks ago, granted it was Hearts, but they were producing chances

I think Ipswich's squad is sorted for a battle for 10th. Maybe another defender for some depth.

As an Arsenal fan, it's honestly hard to know what we need. We have 3/4 good central defenders now, good wing backs, great wingers, good strikers. My only thought it that we are STILL missing a Viera-style midfielder. Can't see us acquiring one though.

LAFC announce Bob Bradley as their first manager. While LA Galaxy announce Sigi Schmid as their new manager.

One side of LA has done better there.

Giroud would be my top choice for Everton at the moment, but I'm thinking he's staying put at Arsenal

As a Wednesday fan, we are absolutely desperate for a centre back. We put a bid in for Charlie Mulgrew today which was described as laughable.

Very worried as the season is fast approaching.

As a Blackburn fan it just doesn't matter anymore :anguish:

But seriously we've been pretty busy replacing the players that have left since dropping to league one and I'm about as happy I can be with our current situation

With such high praise, how the hell did he end up at Arsenal??

We put four past Bradford as well, so apparently someone knows where the net is. It's a bit worrying starting the season with just Gayle and Mitro up top though. Rafa clearly doesn't much care for Mitro (which I think is a crying shame) and Gayle won't stay fit all year.
