I like fancy grilled cheese, I don't like American cheese so I guess you can argue I don't like grilled cheese since I only like them with Cheddar

 

I like grilled cheese with bacon and avocado. Don't care if it's not considered a grilled cheese anymore at that point, it just tastes good.

 

oh it's not something to be guilty about but for precision's sake it's something i want to get cleared up before we go further

 

although mayo on a grilled cheese sounds gross i suppose you could argue it functions solely as a topping rather than as a sandwich "component"?

Haven't had a grilled cheese in a long time. I'll have to pick up some cheese and make it happen. @Dirty Sanchez, you are visionary. I know it's not an original idea, but you're still a visionary in this case, for me, in my eyes, in my book, in my opinion.

altho of course cheese is important too! I just really like grilled cheese lol. I've never found them dry tho. Butter + cheese grease is usually enough lol, tho I dip mine in fry sauce if I get the combo with fries from the deli
