Raw does the same shit before PPV's. And NJPW does the same shit before big shows. And so does ROH. It's a wrestling thing.

 

ill join team slade on this one... i think battleground looks pretty weak, and with that, a go-home show for a weak ppv is going to be extra weak.

I really don't know what you expect from a go-home show for a B-show PPV.

 

I used to like both bands when i was like 16 i think. I only go back and listen like once or twice every six months for nostalgic reasons, but god damn those lyrics can be cringeworthy

Yeah, I really want to love Jim Cornette. Like, if Jim Cornette got behind a new indy that focused on ring psychology and emulating a legitimate sport, I'd be down as a clown. I think it has a spot in the business just as much as the comedy stuff he loathes. But the man has issues and crosses the line too often.
