Chelsea will panic buy Morata on the last day of the window.

 

Chelsea currently have 21 first team players - that's including Costa, Matic & Zouma who are all supposedly leaving. That leaves them with 17 first team players. Seventeen.

 

Maybe they'll finally play some of their brilliant youth players in more than like 1 or 2 matches a season. They continually produce great young players then give them no chances, loan them out for two seasons and then sell them on the cheap.

 

Don't chelsea have like 30 players out on loan?

 

Last seasons list of 37 (THIRTY SEVEN) players out on loan.

It's like when I play football manager and loan out half of my youth set up, but in real life.

 

They've loaned out/sold pretty much all of them that could be considered first team ready. Chalobah, Loftus-Cheek, Ake, Tammy Abraham, Ola Aina, Dominick Solanke all gone. Christensen and Kennedy the only ones that look like staying atm (Charly Musonda is also in the squad according to wikipedia, but who knows).

 

Going to watch the local team take on Swansea City this evening, should be a good time.

 

Levy is the best at selling players. The worst at buying. It's so frustrating.
