where would i be if i was my brain Prestigious

I might try the LA version when its comes through here next month. My younger cousin who is very entrenched in the Warped scene currently asked if I had ever been to an Emo nite.

    Told her
    a) the music they play isn't really emo
    b) every nite is emo nite for me

I had fun at the one that came in here a few months ago.

I hear the LA and Brooklyn are the top ones and both have been doing it for awhile now. The concept sounds fun but it should be paired with a live act. I saw the Brooklyn one play right before Acceptance on their first NYC show back. That worked out well!

LA has artist that come in play in an attached venue I believe. I tell myself every month I'll go, but going out to LA on a Tuesday is asking for a brutal day at work the next day. I guess this is growing up.

Good call! I got an email around the same time as you posted I guess that said some were available.

I ultimately was on the fence about going; trying to save money and all and I've seen them already this year once. But, I looked up a quick live video of Map Change on Youtube from this year, got emotional, and went ahead and bought a ticket.

They're one of the few bands I'll see an obnoxious amount of times and feel like it's worth it every time because they're so great live.

It's very very true. I always tell myself I just saw them and there's no need to go...then my fomo kicks in and next thing I know I'm front row, 4 tall boys deep, and buying another t-shirt.

I think we may be the same person? I literally just saw them last month and am counting the days to Atlanta.

They're playing a headliner off date on this tour in Orange, CA at a venue called the Observatory. Rather then play the 1200 big room they sold out earlier this year, they're playing the 400 cap room! It's going to be knucking futs.

I'm driving to their one off that they're doing in Ft Lauderdale since they can't play HOB and am so ready for it.

Same here. They are so much fun. I'm not sure how much fun they'll stay with it kind of exploding now into urban outfitters and the super mainstream, but I have hope.

Does anyone know about how long each band has been playing on this tour? I'm assuming Modern Chemistry/All Get Out would be ~30 minutes with ETID playing for about 45.

Just found out I won tickets to the show here in Boston, and had tickets to a show happening later that night across the city. Just want to see what might be feasible!

I'm assuming MC/AGO will get 30 minutes, and ETID and TBS will both get an hour since it's a co-headliner.

It's not a coheadliner. ETID is direct support

The TBS setlist from last night is up on setlist.fm but no ETID yet.

I'm actually pretty excited for TBS if they stick to this set.

So TBS swill break out randos like Divine Intervention and Everything Must Go but still won't rotate out Timberwolves, Error Operator, Ghost... I just never understand them. Also only 4 songs off Tidal Wave? Dang.

After the last tour I'm personally happy that they are only doing four songs off of Tidal Wave but that's just me, lol. I thought that they usually play 21-22 songs at night? Sure it's only 1-2 shorter and it's the first date of the tour so it might change.
    Wow. Zero Hot Damn! songs!

There isn't anything surprising to me about the amount of songs they're playing from Tidal Wave. Looking at two setlists, one from 2015 and one from 2016, the songs from Happiness Is that they played were the 3 singles, and the first show they added How I Met Your Mother into the set as well... so it just seems like what TBS does. I saw a setlist on Twitter someone posted similar to this one from the July 13 show, and it was a smaller setlist, but it included Call me in the Morning, so it wouldn't surprise me if they were to swap a song or two in and out throughout the tour.

I'm more excited for a TBS show than I have been in a really long time if they are actually going to be playing Everything Must Go.

Oh, okay. It wasn't on the setlist.fm page so I didn't think they did. I've heard it a hundred times but I would be sad if they didn't play it. Haha.
