Couldn't have said it better than @SamLevi11 did. I think in terms of recruiting this summer, they should be able to bring a few higher tier players in. They've got the money to spend without having to cash in on their best players. Cash in on Vardy if you want. Focus on players who are quality, but might find themselves on the outside looking in. Look at a Morata with Juve for example. Obviously it's a big ask to get these guys to sign for Leicester, but it's not impossible. If they win the league, it won't even be that far fetched. Money speaks more than it ever has, they will have the chance to sign a few names if they want to.

 

Yeah, Inler has been a faliure, but the very ability to get him and pay his wages speaks volumes about the clubs financial state and ambitions. Having players like that will be invaluable when they come to European competitions, where almost no one in their squad will have experience.

I think Vardy is going nowhere, and I think he'll continue to score 10-20 a season for a while, his qualities are his work rate, positioning and absolutely lethal finishing, and I can't see them leaving over the summer. I think they need to keep him as he is integral to how they play, something we may see more clearly during his suspension.

I think the danger will be that they may target these players, but I don't think these players will go there yet. They want to go to a club with a chance of sustained success. The problem may be they target these players, miss out, and have to regroup and make new targets later in the window.
